The Mount Desert Summer Chorale, a longtime member of the local arts community, is excited to tell you about our August 2025 concerts and to invite you to advertise in our program booklet. The generosity of the summer business community is key to keeping live music thriving on Mount Desert Island, in Ellsworth, and throughout the area.
This summer, the Chorale presents Carl Orff’s spectacular Carmina Burana on August 1 in Bar Harbor and August 2 in Ellsworth. The concerts feature local soloists Katelyn Parker Bray and Isaac Bray, both well-known and beloved by area concertgoers.
With performances in both Bar Harbor and Ellsworth, your ad will reach many more people from a much wider area. We expect that several hundred people will see your ad, including Chorale members and our discerning, loyal, and expanding audience.
The members of the Chorale are both year-round and summer residents who truly appreciate your support and who support you in return. Members and listeners alike are deeply devoted to MDSC, and all are appreciative of our advertisers. In addition to your ad in the program booklet, we recognize all advertisers on our website throughout the year and encourage our members and audience to do business with you.
The Mount Desert Summer Chorale has presented major choral concerts on Mount Desert Island since 1968, and our August performances are a much-loved and much-anticipated part of summer life in Downeast Maine.
